Welcome to Daily Embroidery. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Daily Embroidery website, your account, purchases, downloads, and participation in the Daily Embroidery Club.
By accessing Daily Embroidery, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a design, or joining the Daily Embroidery Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Digital Products Only
All products sold by Daily Embroidery are digital products.
No physical product will be mailed or shipped to you.
Purchases provide access to downloadable machine embroidery design files intended for use with compatible embroidery machines and software.
Please make sure you have the appropriate embroidery machine, software, and equipment before purchasing or downloading a design.
Customer Accounts
A Daily Embroidery account is required to download designs.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account and password.
Accounts are intended for use by the individual who created the account. You may not share your account or login information for the purpose of allowing others to obtain Daily Embroidery designs.
Digital Delivery
Purchased designs are made available electronically through the Downloads section of your Daily Embroidery account. Download information may also be sent to the email address associated with your account.
There is no physical shipping or delivery.
Purchased downloads do not have an expiration date under our current policy. However, we strongly recommend keeping your own backup copies of downloaded files.

Embroidery File Compatibility
Our designs may be offered in multiple machine embroidery file formats.
It is your responsibility to select a file format and design size compatible with your embroidery machine and software.
Results can vary depending on the embroidery machine, thread, stabilizer, fabric, hooping, tension, software, and other factors outside of our control.
Please review the information provided with a design before using it.
License and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing or downloading a design gives you a license to use that design. Ownership and copyright of the design itself are not transferred to you.
You may use Daily Embroidery designs to create embroidered items for your own personal use.
You may also use our designs to create finished embroidered physical items that you sell, unless a particular design specifically states otherwise.
For example, you may embroider one of our designs onto a shirt, towel, bag, blanket, or other physical item and sell the finished item.
What You May Not Do
You may not sell, share, give away, trade, distribute, upload, reproduce for distribution, or otherwise provide the actual digital embroidery files to another person.
You may not:
- Resell Daily Embroidery digital design files.
- Share purchased or free design files with another person.
- Upload our design files to another website, marketplace, file sharing service, social media group, or download service.
- Include our digital files in another digital design collection or bundle.
- Claim our digital designs as your own.
- Purchase one membership or account for the purpose of distributing designs to multiple people.
- Convert our designs to another embroidery format for the purpose of selling or distributing the converted digital files.
Purchasing a design gives you permission to use the design, not ownership of the underlying digital artwork or embroidery file.
Free Embroidery Designs
Free designs offered by Daily Embroidery remain subject to these Terms & Conditions.
A design being offered for free does not place the design in the public domain and does not give permission to redistribute the digital file.
You may download and use free designs according to the same general usage rules that apply to purchased designs.
Daily Embroidery Club
The Daily Embroidery Club provides members with digital access to eligible designs according to the membership offer purchased.
Club membership does not transfer ownership or copyright of Daily Embroidery designs to the member.
Designs obtained through the Daily Embroidery Club are subject to the same restrictions against sharing, reselling, distributing, or republishing the digital files.
Your membership and account are intended for your individual use and may not be shared with others for the purpose of providing access to our design library.
Prices and Payments
Prices displayed on Daily Embroidery are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, membership offers, and available products at any time.
A price change will not alter a completed purchase unless required to correct an obvious error, fraudulent transaction, or other exceptional circumstance.
Payments may be processed through third party payment providers and are also subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.
Refunds and Digital Products
Because our products are delivered digitally and can generally be downloaded immediately, digital purchases may be subject to different refund rules than physical merchandise.
If you experience a problem with a purchased design or cannot access your downloads, please contact us. We want to help resolve legitimate download, file, and account problems.
Any applicable refund terms or guarantees displayed on a particular product, membership offer, checkout page, or separate refund policy will also apply.
Intellectual Property
The Daily Embroidery website, branding, graphics, embroidery designs, digital files, photographs, text, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the usage rights specifically granted under these Terms, no additional rights are transferred to you when you purchase or download a design.
Website Availability
We work to keep Daily Embroidery and customer downloads available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will operate without interruption at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, internet outages, security measures, or circumstances outside our control.
If you experience difficulty accessing a design you purchased, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Changes to Designs and Website Content
We may add, update, reorganize, or remove website content and products over time.
The availability of a particular design on the public website is not guaranteed indefinitely.
Customers should maintain backup copies of designs they have downloaded.
Prohibited Website Use
You may not use Daily Embroidery in a way that interferes with the operation or security of the website.
This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, using automated systems to excessively download or scrape website content, circumventing download or membership restrictions, or using the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used to violate these Terms, distribute our files without authorization, abuse our systems, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Third Party Services and Links
Daily Embroidery may use or link to third party services, including payment processors, email providers, analytics services, social media platforms, and other websites.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or policies of independently operated third party websites or services.
Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions and functional embroidery files.
However, embroidery results can vary based on equipment, materials, software, settings, and user technique.
To the extent permitted by law, Daily Embroidery is not responsible for damage to embroidery machines, garments, fabric, supplies, equipment, or other property resulting from improper use, incompatible files, incorrect settings, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Embroidery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or digital products.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of Daily Embroidery is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and protected.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our website, products, memberships, or business practices change.
