Digital Products Only
All products sold on Daily Embroidery are digital products. We do not sell or ship physical products.
Nothing will be mailed or physically shipped to you.
Your purchase provides access to downloadable machine embroidery design files for use with compatible embroidery machines and software.
How Your Designs Are Delivered
After your purchase is successfully completed, your embroidery designs are made available for download immediately.
You can access your purchased designs through the Downloads section of your Daily Embroidery account.
Download information is also sent to the email address associated with your account or order.
Because email providers occasionally filter automated messages, please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your email.
Account Required
A Daily Embroidery account is required to download designs.
Your account allows us to keep your purchased designs associated with you so that you can return to Daily Embroidery and access your downloads again in the future.
Please make sure the email address associated with your account is accurate and that you retain access to your account.
Do My Downloads Expire?
No. Your purchased designs do not have a download expiration date.
You can return to your Daily Embroidery account and access your purchased designs from the Downloads section.
We nevertheless recommend keeping backup copies of your embroidery files on your computer, external storage device, or cloud storage.
Daily Embroidery Club
Daily Embroidery Club membership is also a digital service. No physical products are shipped as part of your membership.
Club members receive digital access to eligible machine embroidery designs according to the membership purchased.
Designs available through the Club are accessed and downloaded electronically through Daily Embroidery.
I Can't Find or Download My Purchase
If you completed a purchase but cannot access your designs, we're happy to help.
Before contacting us, please make sure:
- You are logged into the Daily Embroidery account used for the purchase.
- You have checked the Downloads section of your account.
- You have checked your email, including your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot access your purchase, please use our Contact Us form or email us at [email protected].
Please include the email address associated with your Daily Embroidery account and as much information about the purchase as possible so we can locate it quickly.
No Shipping Charges
Because Daily Embroidery sells digital products exclusively, there are no shipping charges and no shipping or delivery times to wait for.
